Social Security Disability Fees
In the case of a Social Security disability or Supplemental Security Income claim, there are no fees up front. Our fee, if we are successful, will be a maximum of one-fourth of your past-due benefits from Social Security. If we do not win your case, you pay us nothing.
If you win your case, you will also receive Medicare or Medicaid benefits. You may also receive a monthly check from Social Security. We do not take any portion of those benefits as part of our fees.
Workers' Compensation Fees
If Kevin Klein represents you on a workers' compensation case, the fee is one third of your permanency benefit. Your permanency benefit is the settlement or award you receive at the end of your case for any percentage of permanent impairment you suffer as a result of your injury.
We will assist you with your medical claims. Our percentage of those benefits is zero. If there is a dispute over your weekly indemnity benefit, our fee is one third of any additional back benefits we help you obtain.
